Having too many files in your computer means that you may have 'hidden gems' aka forgotten files on it. 

Last night, while I was cleaning up and rearranging files and folders, I stumbled across a folder labeled, "JPEG". When I opened it, I was gobsmacked to see these wonderful photos! I completely forgot about the photo shoot I did a few months ago with my friend, Johanna Serrano. So I spent an hour glorifying the most vibrant photos I ever had! I'm not being narcissistic. Hahaha!  It just so happens that I'm appreciating my friend's photography skills! 

The photos look like I'm in a forest or something but really, I was just a few meters away from the school's parking lot.

Basic Survival Instinct

The other day, I was pretty lazy to dress up. 

Good thing man invented blazers and basic pairs of pants that still appear fashionable to the naked eye. They save lazy people like me survive death shooting from roaming officers of the fashion police department. And just a bit of heads up, the latter photos will reveal how my white blazer is two sizes too big for me but who cares I wanted to purchase a white blazer before leaving Europe just cause it's part of my wish list. Sooo here we go again, breaking the rules of fashion (and tearing up my wallet) just because I was too concerned to fulfill my life long dream of completing a wish list. And nope, I didn't complete my wish list. Sniff sniff. Can someone hand me a tissue?

Have you guys ever watched the Apprentice? 

It might be a little embarrassing to say but it was my favorite show during highschool. I know, I know. Most teenagers were watching Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, How I Met Your Mother all those feel good series but there I was watching an intense-action-drama-filled-plus-full-of-"you're fired!"-business tv series.Well, I guess I knew what I wanted early in life and that is, of course, to become a full-fledged businesswoman. If there's one thing I learned in watching the Apprentice is that they always work in a team. Being business means that you have to collaborate and communicate with tons of people because you cannot go through all the action and drama alone. You need a team to back you up, girl! So when the time came that I needed someone to photograph my products, I knew I needed to hire someone who knows more about photography than I do. And I'm so lucky to find such an amazing photographer.
I've got proof to convince you!

Shorts or Skirt?

I have this vintage skirt/shorts-I-don't-really-know-what that I bought from Hong Kong ages ago. I was glad to find it in my clothes pile last Sunday. You might notice that I keep on wearing shorts/skirts during weekends. Well, it's not purely coincidence. I study at a University with a very, I mean, VERY strict dress code. Leggings aren't allowed. Short sleeves aren't allowed and guess what the latest rule is? Sheer clothing is no longer allowed. 

So here I am taking the opportunity to wear a skirt/ or a pair of shorts without anyone reprimanding me about it. (Don't worry though, I don't wear shorts/short skirts to Church)

Mixing Floral and Lace

Went to Eastwood last Sunday to celebrate Father's Day and boy, the place was jampacked! But don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful scene to watch: families eating out together, children and wives  treating their daddies and husbands out.

I remember seeing a kid in a batman costume and realized how his fall mishap made my day. He fell on his butt and didn't know what to react. The dad hurriedly comforted the kid and told him it's totally okay. Guess what happened next? They gave each other a high five! How cute. :">

A Day at the Park

It was a beautiful Wednesday when I visited a friend's new home. Busy day at school and at the internship office, good thing I found some time to chill and unwind. Oh yes, it's everybody's favorite word nowadays, say it with me -- chill. Anyway, here's what I wore that day.

Mullet skirts are a big trend right now but I must admit -- at first, I didn't like the idea of having a short skirt in the front and a long skirt in the back. It looks a bit confusing and shall I say, a bit odd? But when I tried this skirt on, I knew that I had a change of heart.

Needless to say, I think I'm in love (yes, I'm still referring to the skirt!)
