OUTFIT 0129 P1290431 P1290457 P1290458
Today is panel presentation day!
For a business student, it's basically standing in front of a panel (which usually consists of three or four successful and mature businessmen) and defending your business as if your life depended on it. I haven't been facing the panel for a year now so to say that it was a nerve-racking experience is a teeny bit of an understatement. Thank God I was able to come out of the room alive...and breathing! As for the outfit, I wore an all-black ensemble paired with our 'entrepreneur' blazer. It amused me that corporate wear can be party wear if paired with the right accessories. Well that's what I thought thus the  outfit shots sans the blazer.
Do you guys think so too?

Monday Traffic Rush

Monday, April 23, 2012

Who here hates the dreadful traffic in Manila during Mondays? Raise your hand up!

I wasn't surprised when I heard that Manila was named the 3rd worst city for driving. As much as I want to whine, rant and blame the government, I know it wouldn't change anything. Our country's dilemma in traffic congestion can't be solved overnight so I guess I should start getting used to 5am wake up calls just so I can make it to my 7:30am class. At least I can always witness the beautiful sunrise almost every single morning. And that's what I call looking at the bright side! haha
So basically, this what I wore to school today. We had a presentation for our management class so we had to dress up in our business attire. I chose a dark slate green button-down blouse paired with a sienna pencil skirt. I was using my black bag from Naraya the entire week, last week and I was in a such a hurry awhile ago that I didn't bother changing into a different bag. Surprisingly enough, my top, skirt and bag has the same color palette with my wedges -- orangey brown, dark green and black. Cool beans!

Have a great week!
